This Agreement including our Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy (collectively “the Terms”) and Additional Terms (if any, as may be separately agreed between You and the terms and conditions that apply to the access and use of the Website "www.scorocket.com" and its Mobile Application (collectively be referred to as "Website"), which is managed and operated by Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited, (hereinafter collectively be referred to as "Company"), This document/agreement (referred to as “Agreement”) is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) 2011, that provides for the due diligence to be exercised for the access or usage of this Website.

This document/agreement (referred to as “Agreement”) is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) 2011, that provides for the due diligence to be exercised for the access or usage of this Website.

The users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your") agree to be bound by this Terms of Use (“TOU”). This Agreement along with Privacy Policy and Disclaimer describes our relationship with you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to any specific Service that is provided by this Website and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this TOU and shall be considered as part and parcel of this TOU.

The Company reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the TOU without prior notice, and your continued access or use of this Website signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified by TOU.

    These Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy (collectively “the Terms”) and Additional Terms (if any, as may be separately agreed between You and SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited. in connection with specific Services that you may avail from time to time) are the terms and conditions subject to which you are allowed to access/use this website www.scorocket.com (“the Website”) and/or the online, web-based facilities, solutions and services made SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited, including available through the Website (“the Service”). These Terms are legally binding. So please do read through them carefully and make sure you understand them before you accept these Terms.

    A. The term User shall refer to the user who is browsing this Site. The term Company shall refer to the concerned company Limited and/or its affiliates/subsidiary companies. The term Site refers to https://www.scorocket.com, and other websites owned and monitored by the Companies.

    B. By using the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by the following terms and conditions concerning your use of the Site. The Companies may revise the Terms of Use at any time without notice to you. Areas of this Site may have different terms of use posted. If there is a conflict between the Terms of Use and terms of use posted for a specific area of the Site, the latter shall have precedence with respect to your use of that area of the Site.

    C. The Companies may terminate a User's access at any time for any reason. The provisions regarding a disclaimer of warranty, accuracy of information and indemnification shall survive such termination. The Companies may monitor access to the Site.

SCOROCKET is a intellectual property and brand of the Companies. This name/ip/brand may not be used in any manner without prior written consent/license/authorization from the Companies.

The contents of the Website, including its "look and feel" (e.g. text, graphics, images, logos and button icons), photographs, editorial content, notices, software and other material are the owned/licensed by/to Company and/or its third Party Service Providers/their licensors and are duly protected by them under applicable copyright, trademark and other laws.

    F. The Companies do not make any warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to any information, data, statements or products made available on the Site.

    G. The Companies do not accept any responsibility towards the contents and/or information practices of third party sites which have links through the Companies’ Sites. The said links to internal or external website locations are only for the purpose of facilitating your visit or clarify your query.

    H. This Site, and all content, materials, information, software, products and services provided on this Site, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Companies expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

    I. The Companies shall have no responsibility for any damage to a User's computer system or loss of data that result from the download of any content, materials, information from the Site.

    J. The Companies may change or discontinue any aspect of their Sites at any time, including its content or features. The Companies reserve the right to change the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Sites. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon notice, which shall be placed on the concerned Site so changed.

In no event will any of the Companies be liable for damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, business interruption and loss of programs or information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Companies’ Websites, or any information provided on the Websites, or in the Products any claim attributable to errors, omissions or other inaccuracies in the Product or interpretations thereof. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to the User. If, despite the limitation above, the Companies or their Affiliates are found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or in any way connected with any of the occurrences described above, then the liability of the concerned Company and/or its Affiliates will in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the service fees you paid to the said concerned Company in connection with such transaction(s) on this Site. The limitation of liability reflects the allocation of risk between the parties. The limitations specified in this section will survive and apply even if any limited remedy specified in these terms is found to have failed its essential purpose.

    • 3. Registration / Account

    You must register on the Website and create an account Your Login ID (as may be applicable in accordance with the Service selected), To register and activate your Login ID, you will be required to provide certain personal information. You may also be required to submit certain documents stipulated as per Company’s policies as applicable from time to time. The details of the information / documents that we collect and how we use this information / documents are accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited will request additional information / documentation through email / SMS sent to the email ID / Mobile Number as provided by you when you sought to register on the Website. In case SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited is unable to successfully complete its internal verification in accordance with its policies, SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited shall have the right to reject your request for registering with the Website. SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited reserves the absolute discretion to accept or reject your request for creating a Login ID and/or availing any of the Services, without assigning any reasons for the same.

    If you successfully pass SCOROCKET’s / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited’s internal verification process and we accept your request for registration on the Website, we will send you an activation code as “one time password” (OTP) to your registered mobile. You can enter the OTP to access your account. Once activated, you can use your Login ID together with your password to access the Service and it will remain active until terminated in accordance to these Terms.

    By registering and creating a Login ID with SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited, you declare and confirm that:
    • The Login ID is for your own personal, non-commercial use and that the information and documents you provide to SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited will be your details (and not that any third person).
    • You will use the Login ID only for yourself and will not use your Login ID for the benefit / detriment of any third party.
    • You will be responsible for safeguarding the security and confidentiality of your Login ID and password; that you will not share, assign or transfer your Login ID or reveal your password to any third party or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your Login ID; and You further agree that Company shall not be liable for any unauthorized use or access, You agree to notify Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

    SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited may suspend or terminate your Login ID or your use of the Service at any time without notice, if we suspect that any information / documents that you have provided are untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete or if you found to be in breach of any of these Terms.

    • 4. Security & Compliance

    Customer Data is protected. We use the same security encryption SSL Version 3. SSL is Secure Socket Layer, but what it really means is that the data sent between SCOROCKET and your computer is safely encrypted from prying eyes. It's the same technology that can keep your data safe.

    Secure Cloud Servers. Your encrypted data is stored in a secured cloud data center in India that is most comprehensive compliance controls with AWS. AWS supports 143 security standards and compliance certifications, including PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, FedRAMP, GDPR, FIPS 140-2, and NIST 800-171, helping customers satisfy compliance requirements around the globe, backed up daily and protected by armed guards.     We believe in data portability. If you ever choose to leave SCOROCKET, your data is yours to take with you at any time. Then after you cancel your account your data is deleted. We are not a loan aggregator or loan sourcing agency and we have no interest in your data.

    • 5. Services

    SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited provides a platform to access your credit score from the credit bureaus and list of accounts and its details through its website and mobile applications. SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited analyses the detailed information is aimed at improving your credit worthiness and assisting you with tips, instructions, education and taking actions that are expected to improve your credit score and consequently, over a period of time, making your eligible to access credit services from banks or other credit institutions.

    Based on the specific service packages that you opt and pay for (wherever such charges are applicable), SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited will assist you with providing the details of your current credit health and provide you with options on ways to resolve issues and co-ordinate with you to implement the action chosen to improve your chances for becoming eligible for credit assistance over a period of time.

    SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited only offers to provide options and assist you with actions that you could take to improve your credit record and remove negative comments in your credit history, with the sole aim of improving your credit rating and improving your chances of becoming eligible to receive financial assistance from banks or other credit institutions. You fully understand and agree that the final decision of any changes to the credit report only lies with credit bureaus in accordance with the co approval from the respective credit institutions (banks / financial institutions).

    You fully understand and agree that the decision on the course of action that you chose to adopt will rest exclusively with you and you are not obliged to accept any advice / recommendations provided to you by SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited.

    SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited shall not be responsible for any adverse impact resulting from your decision on the course of action that you choose to adopt or your failure to abide by the financial obligations you undertake pursuant thereto. While determining your course of action, you are required to independently analyse all relevant factors and exercise your independent discretion.

    You hereby authorize SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited and its representatives to communicate with you, (i) over the telephone (ii) by email (iii) in writing and/or any other mode and form as may be determined appropriate by SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited from time to time. You hereby consent to SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited, at its sole discretion, (i)recording all telephone calls between you and SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited and any such records of SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited shall be conclusive and binding evidence of the fact and content of such calls (ii) providing your details to banks and credit institutions to validate correctness of reporting with the CICs.

    For as long as your Login ID remains registered with SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited, you authorize SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited representatives from time to time to contact you, even if you are registered with a Do Not Call (DNC) status with your telecom provider. If you have asked us, or if you do ask us in future not to send you any marketing material, you agree that this restriction will not apply to these recommendations / referrals.

    You may be required to accept and agree to be bound by additional terms and conditions (“Additional Terms”) for availing the specific service

    • 6. Charges and Refunds

    SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited shall be entitled to charges for the service as per the respective service that you subscribe to. The charges as applicable from time to time are detailed in the plans section of the website and explicitly described in detailed during the payments process initiation.

    Charges paid are subject to the below refund terms and SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited’s acceptance of refunds request shall be final and binding for any subscription or services.

    Refunds Terms are as below ;
    • Customer should be a registered member of SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited and must have paid Onetime Credit Advisory Services Fees including taxes.
    • Customer must disclose all the details truthfully & should not hide facts about any of his past transactions with the SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited Advisory team;
    • Customer must have provided the authorization for the annual subscription plan for period of 12 months and must have paid all the monthly subscription charges including taxes;
    • Customer must follow all the advises which are given by SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited Advisory Team and must complete the suggested paper work, activities & formalities and provide the resolutions and documentary evidences demanded by the SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited Advisory Team;
    • Please note that after Successful Verification, Account Review and No Improvement Confirmation the SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited team will initiate the refund of the Onetime Credit Advisory Services Fees which was paid by the customer during the intial purchase of the plan;
    • The monthly subscription charges will not be refunded by SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited;
    • The taxes paid will not be refunded to the customer;
    • In case customer had received any promotional discount or referral benefit while availing the services and registering and had paid amount lesser amount, then the customer would be eligible for the refund amount equal to the actual amount paid as Onetime Credit Advisory Services Fees after the discount by the customer.
    • The refund will be processed withing 10 working days once the refund is validated and approved by your relationship managers.

    • 7. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

    SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited is committed to resolving customer complaints promptly and fairly to ensure satisfaction and trust. This Grievance Redressal Policy provides a transparent, efficient, and structured framework for addressing grievances related to the products and services offered by SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited.

    Procedure for Grievance Redressal Mechanism

    Customers can raise their grievances through the following channels:

    Process

    1. Submission:
    Customers must provide a detailed description of the issue and include relevant supporting details such as:

    • Registered Email ID
    • Date of Registration
    • Payment Information

    2. Acknowledgment:
    Upon receiving a grievance with complete details, SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited will send an acknowledgment within 48 working hours.

    3. Resolution Timeline:
    The grievance will be reviewed, and a resolution provided within 30 days from the date of receipt. If additional time is needed, the customer will be informed with a revised timeline.

    4. Escalation:
    If the customer is dissatisfied with the resolution, they may escalate the issue by stating the reason for escalation (refer to below escalation section for details).

    Procedure for Consent Withdrawal
    Customers may at anytime during the subscription of services or later are entitled to withdraw your consent previously provided consent for access their credit information to SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited’s and may withdraw their consent at any time through the following process:

    Channels for Consent Withdrawal
    Customers can request for consent withdrwal through the following channels:

    • Website/App : Navigate to "My Profile" on the SCOROCKET Dashboard and select "Cancel Subscription."
    • Phone Call : Call 89 8218 8218 to request subscription cancellation.
    • Email : Send an email to unsubscribe@scorocket.com with the subject line: Consent Withdrawal Request.

    Information Required
    To process the consent withdrwal request, customers must provide:
    • Full Name
    • Registered Mobile Number
    • Registered Email ID
    • Reason for Consent Withdrawal

    1. Acknowledgment:
    Upon receiving the consent withdrawal request, an acknowledgment will be sent within 48 working hours.

    2. Verification:
    Customer consent withdrawal request will be verified within 7 working days from the date of receipt of such request.

    3. Processing Time:
    : The withdrawal of consent will be processed post successful verification of your consent withdrawal request, the same shall be processed within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the request, and the customer will be notified once the process is complete.

    Note
    • Post consent withdrawal, customers will lose access to the SCOROCKET Dashboard/App, and services will be discontinued.
    • Fees paid for services are non-refundable, and the SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited will not be liable for any claims or refunds related to consent withdrawal.

    Adoption and Review
    The Grievance Redressal Mechanism has been adopted by the SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited to ensure efficient handling of customer grievances. It is reviewed periodically to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    • 8. Governing Law And Jurisdiction

    Any dispute arising from or relating to, these Terms or any Additional Terms, or your use of the Website or any Service shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited. The venue of arbitration shall be Bangalore and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration proceeding shall be governed by the Indian Arbitration Act as amended from time to time and the award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

    This Agreement shall, in all respects, be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of India.

    Competent courts located in Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any matter arising from or relating to, these Terms or any Additional Terms, or your use of the Website or any Service, to the exclusion of any other court that may otherwise have had such jurisdiction in the matter.

    • 9. Miscellaneous

    You declare and confirm that you are a resident of India, above 18 (Eighteen) years of age, and have the capacity to contract as specified under the Indian Contract Act, while availing the Services offered by the Company.

    SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited shall not be liable for any failure or delay to perform any of its obligations if performance is prevented, hindered or delayed, in part or entirely, by any event beyond the reasonable control of SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited, including without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of god, acts of third parties, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, acts of third parties beyond SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited ‘s reasonable control, breach of computer systems, malfunctioning of computer systems by any malicious, destructive or corrupting code or virus, mechanical or technical errors/failures, power shut down, faults or failures in telecommunication or internet services or unauthorized access to computer systems, (“Force Majeure event”). You hereby understand and acknowledge that the transmission, storage and or retrieval of information and the provision of the Service through the internet is subject to a variety of factors beyond the reasonable control of SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited, that make such transmission, storage, retrieval and or provision of Service potentially unreliable, including any interruption or unavailability of the third-party hosting services or internet services used by SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited to host the Website and / provide the Service. In no event shall SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited be liable for any failure, interruption or delay of the Service or the Website resulting in part or entirely from such Force Majeure events. SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited ‘s obligations shall be suspended for so long as the Force Majeure event continues SCOROCKET / Inventivas FinTechLab Private Limited does not provide legal advice or any advice on your tax liability. You should seek appropriate advice in this regard.
